Company leaders are not experimenting with team members careers as they are brining their experience, network and know how to repeat past success under their own branding. Company growth is explosive. This is the first company I don't have to manage post sales delivery. Not only does the delivery team know how to make technology sing in complex enterprises, but they are expert enough to build a world class application from the ground up. Just look at the seamless the Fyndr app user experience and all the integrations are woven into a high performance platform. This is the architecture and engineering excellence that NucleusTeq allows me to bring to brings to every client engagement from mid-market to several several demanding F50 clients.

I got three full-time offers in January 2021 namely NucleusTeq/CapitalOne, HCL/USAA, SLK America/M&T Bank and Virtusa/Citi was in the final HR round. I am so much confused which one to choose at that point of time and was skeptical whether I am missing big giants in IT consulting(HCL and Virtusa) by joining NucleusTeq for H1 sponsorship. But, after working for two months, I am clear that NuclesTeq gave me a wonderful opportunity as a Senior Engineer to work for CapitalOne. The management team(Ashish, Vipin etc) are very trustable people, and they understand employees’ desires. They will be in touch base to reach out and respond to emails as quickly as they can. The payroll here is very transparent. In one line I am sure "NuleusTeq is going to be a very big company in the years to come with such a wonderful management over there"!
