      Pros

      Excellent camaraderie among teammates. Generally a top safety culture. People work hard and support each other. Traditionally, the company has been a bottom up organization.

      Cons

      It is a difficult industry for real growth -- financial or otherwise. There seems to be a trend toward focusing on process as a surrogate for success.

      Pros

      Little supervision gives you independence and the opportunity to work on projects of your interest. A lot of opportunity! Had a great experience!

      Cons

      I didn't have a mentor to guide me on projects or I could go ask questions to.

      Family oriented company with great values and culture. As an engineer, you have a ton of leadership opportunities and you can go as far as you'd like within the company. Many of the past and present CEOs and leaders/managers have started as engineers.
