The bonuses are awesome. The togetherness is outstanding, but leaves lil room for obeying harassment charges. To much pro quo, due to the togetherness. If you get in the company stay in, transfer if needed. The company is solid, and the returns are livable.

Cons

The cliques due to seniority.
