Some people are very fake, and they don't pay nearly as good as they like to think. If they paid more I would have never quit!

Pros

The people you will work with are very kind and friendly. Having fun and being silly is promoted and encouraged.

Cons

The company is completely fake. They claim they treat their associates so much better than competitive stores, when in reality they're cheating everyone. They underpay their associates and it is entirely unfair when you consider how much they demand of them. Also, unqualified people are constantly promoted and given leadership positions. There is quite a bit of favoritism going on. If you're not a favorite, you will have a harder time growing with the company.

Lots of incentives for being "in the know" (reading news letter) and helping co workers out. Good benefits. They throw party's a few x a year

Cons

All holidays and some busy weeks blacked out to request off. ALL HOLIDAYS. A/C broken in kitchen 92 degrees and HOT all shift.
