I work with some really nice people but a lot of them are quitting or looking for other jobs so now I am too

Cons

Terrible management. They put people in management positions who have no experience and they say they have good attitude. They usually are fake and really inappropriate. When I complained about being sexually harassed by a manager, he was not disciplined at all and basically threatened to fire me for reporting him.

Decent pay. Nice college kids. Good benefits for full time.

Cons

Poor management. They make anyone a manager regardless of their attitude. Some managers feel entitled and think they should be promoted more often than others. Their coaching method is absurd because they write people up quickly rather than helping you. Everyone has different learning styles.
