The associates/your peers are great people. Delicious food.

Cons

Obvious favoritism. You climb the ladder by excessively kissing up. Same people get recognized over and over again. High school popularity contest feel. Feeling under appreciated when you work extremely hard. Hardly any recognition on things you have worked so hard on to be better at/improve - can be draining at times.

Pros

Get benefits at 21 hours a week but providers aren’t that great It can be flexible if you’re on the managers good side

Cons

A lot of expectations Nepotism is very much a factor Managers blow smoke and give empty promises and the store manager can never give you a straight and will just lead you on Lack of empathy for courtesies and checkers
