It’s not like other part time jobs. You’re not going to find somewhere like this where they listen to you and take criticism. Management wants to help and your PICs will be some of the best of it. The benefits and incentives are great too and they want you to have fun when it’s appropriate.

Cons

It’s not until you get comfortable that they kind of stop caring about you. You constantly ask to move up but if you’re not a favorite or constantly kissing up they won’t promote you. They disregard any past experience and start you from scratch which would be ok if they were willing to work with you. I’ve also noticed that if you’re not a male you’ll move up a lot slower. Also beware of all the higher ups because they’ll try to be your friend and once they find out about your personal life they’ll constantly hold it over your head. And they don’t separate your work life from your personal life they want to constantly be in your business and if you hang out with coworkers they judge your work ethic on that.
