Pros
Nuix is a company full of terrific, hard working, and smart people. The core technology is unique and helps people solve real problems. You actually get to work with customers who catch bad guys - this is no B2B adware software. The company is also growing. The latest numbers I heard is that Nuix has more that 300 employees and hiring rapidly.
Cons
Nuix outgrew its management structure years ago, as such is transitioning from a small business where decisions are made by a select few, often with very different opinions, to a larger more mature organization. This creates distraction and frustration at many levels. There is also tension between meeting the needs of today’s customers or trying to take on new markets. Everyone is passionate about “their opinion” but this leads to lots of unnecessary drama. Having everyone spread all over the globe also makes collaboration a hassle.
