Excellent pay, exciting start up atmosphere. Opportunity for advancement if the right leader/team likes you. Some really great people work here although overshadowed by the bad ones

Cons

Massive, massive egos all around. Leadership runs company like a chicken with its head cut off. Constantly changes mind and takes things in new directions at the drop of a hat. Often don't take the necessary small steps to achieve big picture ideals. Poor communication. Don't expect to have a life outside of work

Good work environment and great employees. there are locations all over the world. improvements to the software monthly to make it better and easier to sell.

Cons

The benefits are lacking health insurance is expensive. training is not very good you learn on the go. They need to do a better job at driving leads from marketing.
