There is a new exec team that has potential. Day to day work can be interesting and challenging or humdrum, depending on the project. Long term has potential to modernize the stack which will be fun if it ever happens.

Cons

Tech stack is old. Pay is ok, not great. Bonuses, equity, and other long term incentives are lacking or non existent.
