Numerator Response

We are sorry to hear that your experience with our HR team has been disappointing. We are very excited about the investment we are making to grow our Vadodara office and in turn, we understand the investment candidates are making in our interview process. You are correct that every candidate should receive a response from Numerator. We are committed to a response rate of 100%, but there have been times when we have fallen short of that goal. We are working to improve our communication with everyone who has expressed interest in joining our team. If you have more to share please email us at reviews@numerator.com.

Pros

- relative flexibility - big company - feel

Cons

- very limited career development in and out of the organization, based on both internal opportunities available and skills learnt during employment (majority of skills learnt in entry level positions are not transferable) - promotions without salary increases seems to be the regular, and salary is low for post secondary grads - obvious difference of treatment between client facing and operation teams

What Many Positive Reviews Don’t Mention- REALITY

Pros

Leave policy is fine and workable.

Cons

Over the past few years, the overall work environment has noticeably declined. While the company often promotes a strong culture publicly, the day-to-day experience for many employees does not consistently reflect that message. There appears to be a visible preference for employees located near the office, even for roles that were initially hired with remote flexibility. Employees working remotely may find it harder to receive the same visibility, opportunities, or recognition compared to those who are physically present in the office. Internal office dynamics and politics can sometimes play a larger role in career progression than measurable performance. This creates frustration for employees who focus primarily on delivering results but do not actively participate in internal networking or informal influence structures. Compensation is also below what many comparable organizations offer for similar roles in the industry. Rewards and recognition programs exist but are relatively limited and may not feel meaningful compared to industry standards. Communication from the Talent Acquisition team can be slow and inconsistent. In several cases, candidates and employees have experienced long waiting periods before receiving responses or updates, which reflects poorly on the overall hiring process. Promotion and recognition criteria can feel unclear, and employees may find it difficult to understand how advancement decisions are made. For those expecting transparent, performance-driven growth, the process can feel unpredictable. Overall, the gap between how the company presents itself externally and how employees experience it internally has become increasingly noticeable in recent years. Would I recommend this company to a friend? No, a big no. I would advise candidates to carefully research the current environment and compare it with other opportunities in the industry before making a decision.
