Pros
At the time I was there the company was growing fast. This can be a good thing for those looking to get in on the ground floor.
Cons
It has ben a while since I worked here, but, that same growth caused a lot of uncertainty. The company was in it second acquisition and the people that were the managers before started to leave, replaced by people that did not know you. Hopefully, a lot of the growth spurts are over now and the company is providing a better environment than before.
