As a ~25 year Industry Vet, I've been a part of a few companies, many big and "most respected" ones and have had a lot of great experiences. Numerator tops them all! + Empathetic & Helpful People. I've never worked at a place where the first thing everyone says is: I'm here to help! Here's what that looks like... Really awesome! + Incredible Culture. Management clearly has a philosophy that if we take care of the people, they will take care of the business. From "Recharge Days", which are like another Holiday & incredible because NO ONE works so you're not behind on email, to unlimited vacation, everyone working from home, unlimited PTO, AND a lot of focus on upskilling and training, Numerator has blown me away with a people first focused culture. + Strong Management & Vision. Everyone is on the same page -- all rowing in the same direction with aligned work plans. This is so incredibly helpful as you work day to day with your colleagues. Everyone is all in on the work and where we're headed! + Top Notch Product that is ALWAYS IMPROVING! We have the best products in the business AND we are reinvesting more in our business than anyone else, so, a great plan to stay on top! I could go on and on, but, I'll stop at: The Best Place I've worked! Highly recommend!

Too early too tell. No place is perfect and I have not expectations of that being the case, but for me, if I have the "Pros" above, I'm extremely happy and ready to crush it for this amazing company!
