Pros

Get to work with a number of smart and decent people.

Cons

Culture was horrible. Blatant sexual harassment and behavior that would have people fired at any normal company went on for years (and seems like it was part of the culture, actually). Other former/current employees have seen it and can confirm. Below standard pay.

- Dynamic organization - If you have good ideas people will listen, regardless of whether they are related to your functional area or not - Relatively small company, flat hierarchies, can get things done quickly - Good work life balance - Supportive culture - People will help you if you ask - Good diversity - Smart, enthusiastic, somewhat eccentric, and very eclectic group of individuals

Cons

- Compensation can be slightly lower than at similar companies
