They have so much potential and a dedicated team seeing it through. The BDR role is more than calling, it is a fundamental component of the sales and marketing process.

Cons

Things move slow, and it takes time to learn the highly technical product.

Very Talented people, you get to learn a lot froom them. Nice food, drinks, outings etc. It was definitely a very good experience.

-collaborative environment -given free reign on projects -given personal work area -never boring, thats for sure -upper level management is easily accessible

Cons

-some mundane tasks -little recognition for work -some uncertainty as to the exact purpose of the role -no travel compensation
