Helpful and supportive colleagues. Good camaraderie with frequent opportunities to socialise together. Challenging technical domain. Talented and experienced teams. Senior management team is actively interested in everyone in the company. An real opportunity to make a difference in a company with a bright future.

Cons

The technical domain makes finding experienced people difficult with the result that the engineering team is relatively small for the amount of work that needs to be done.
