Pros

There are no pros to this. You can easily find jobs at other nursing agencies without the spam.

Cons

Even if you select do not notify for all of your settings, they will keep calling and emailing you. Even when you tell every one of their recruiters that calls or emails you and they claim to remove you from their "list," they do not. Even marking the emails as spam will not prevent it from entering your inbox. You cannot even delete your account.
