Collectively poor inside sales management at the Account Development Rep level. Active managers were mediocre performers metrically when they were Account Development Rep for Nutanix and their respected companies they came from therefore they themselves are teaching mediocre sales technique, processes, and work ethic. Sales Enablement at the Account Development Representative level is exceptionally poor as well, current sales enablement team is comprised of former mediocre at best Inside sales team members. Upper level senior inside sales management lack maturity,experience, authenticity and honesty. A major lack of self awareness of personal perception is prevalent. Senior inside sales management is not respected or trusted.
