good pay flexibility overall a decent company except a few execs who are narcissists, liars, and dictators.

Cons

I wish the HR team worked tirelessly to support their employees during times of crisis. Instead, they work very hard to protect the management team and their poor decisions. I know multiple instances where employees who lied and fabricated facts, were caught red handed and then rewarded/promoted later on. Shameful!

The benefits and compensation are good The culture is good -- definitely has that small tech vibe and eagerness within the company Smart people who add intellect into the culture

Cons

The values are Hungry, Humble, Honest with Heart -- however I think they are very much lacking in the humble department. Nutanix is not a well-known company and although some folks who are employed love it they need to realize that they are not at the capacity as other big tech companies and humble themselves a bit. There are decent attempts at Diversity & Inclusion but I think that there needs to be more focus on inclusion and belonging. We can't keep trying to hire diverse people if there isn't an environment for them to feel welcome in.
