Nutanix offers competitive salary and RSU packages, attractive benefits, and a pleasant office environment.

Cons

There was a lack of integrity found in attempts to renegotiate my contract through verbal agreements, outside of written terms. The company did not provide opportunities for improvement or communicate areas for growth at all. Additionally, there is a perceived lack of alignment with the "heart" and "honesty" principles promoted by the company.

It is one of the best working place. A lot to learn technically the best place to grow like the MAANg. Cross-functional teams, You have the liberty to choose your interest of Technology, be it Database, Development, Coding, Kubernetes, Private and Public Cloud. A competitive environment

Cons

Competitive environment is good, however for some reasons when there is a target oriented programme, colleagues tend to forget they worked together with each other and start competing. Sometimes it takes a different route and creates friction and awkwardness in the long run which makes the core values hazy.
