Pros

Progressive start-up culture, goal-oriented, flexible work/life balance, amazing people, all health care costs are covered. The company's products and services are unrivaled in the industry, and it is both a market- and thought-leader. Extremely collaborative, Dheeraj (the CEO) is extremely approachable, open, and honest.

Cons

Some HR/internal processes may be poorly-defined since the company is relatively young and growing so fast. Ramp-up can be a bit nebulous depending on your job title, as there isn't a defined process for all roles. Some colleagues may have a bit of an ego on occassion (comes with the territory)

Cutting edge technology, very smart people, the company cares about the individual, opportunity to excel and succeed, good future.

Cons

We are so hot right now, it's hard to keep up with all of the interest from partners, customers, and get your day job done. We need more people in Sales. Dell relationship is a lot of work, little return so far.
