Every employee is utterly committed, hard working, smart, innovative. Nutanix leads in technology: it's exciting to learn and be on the leading edge. Great perks and benefits that keep growing. Every department listens to criticism and works on solving issues rather than avoiding them. It's impressive to watch so many departments collaborate to improve internal and external processes and products

Smartest people in the industry, the whole company moves and reacts as one solid team, which gives you the power to move mountains. The product is forged for swiping the competition and earning the customer trust. If you like winning, this is the right place for you.

Cons

As the title said, it's a rocketship, so basically you are always working, and the music never stops. Nutanix is killing the competition by simplicity and flexibility, so we are competiting with everyone and all of them are on full attack, so you need to be on guard all the time. So don't count on your previous experience or skills only if you don't have the grit for it.
