      Pros

      I have been a software developer in Nutanix for more than 2 years. The people here are great and easy to work with. The technology is disruptive and the technical problems are challenging. The company culture is pretty open where the senior management shares lots of information with the employees. Also, various activities are held to bring the people together. The company understands the importance of innovation and there are lots of interesting projects going on now.

      Cons

      Deadlines usually are too short. Code review can be very lengthy sometimes and pays a lot of attention to coding style.

      Pros

      - Extremely talented people (some of them are rare talents) - Very open culture, zero politics - Best company of my career so far - Very good top management - Product is awesome, very well designed. - Benefits are extremely good; something that's not very common Too many good things to list. I love working at Nutanix!!

      Cons

      - The growth is too fast and there are some pains associated with the rapid growth, but those are good pains to have.
