I don't know where to start, it's been a amazing journey so far. Everyday I see myself taking more ownership, more challenges and learn new things.

People:
I am working with some of the best and brightest people . Most of the people are humble and honest, Complacency isn't in our dictionary.
Benefits:
Lunch is catered plus we get to order from outside at company's cost. So free lunch all 5 days! yay! I save ample time since I dont have to cook or commute to get food from outside. Cafeteria is fully loaded all the time. Once a quarter there's company outing , which includes trips to computer history museum, shoreline, go karting, bowling etc. and the facilities team does put lot effort to make the culture awesome here : Diwali, halloween celebrations off late.
Work Life balance:
It's been good so far working with my manager, he's very flexible, I need to get my work done, take ownership and help teammates. That's all matters. No fixed timings, no bullshitting.
I'd recommend this company to anyone any day.
Cons
Since there are good number of bright people in the company, you might not get the project you want to work on. Once in a blue moon, long hours are expected, but hey ! they do acknowledge it via awards / recognitions. So it's a win-win situation.
