Pros
Where do I start? So many positives here. First, the people are exceptionally talented and smart. Even through the rapid hiring they've kept the bar very high. I have yet to meet any dull knives in the drawer. Between having nearly a dozen world class virtualization experts (VCDXs), crazy sales force, and engineers from the likes of Google, VMware, Facebook, Cisco, NetApp, etc. we have the cream of the crop. Very fast paced, but I haven't found the need to work extra long weeks. Other silicon valley perks such as totally free healthcare, unlimited PTO, free daily catered lunches, etc. are just icing on the cake. Great company collaboration through Yammer, and the CEO is quick to praise people for doing a stellar job. The company is firing on all six cylinders and mowing down the other hyperconverged competitors. Management will really try to find the right role for you to keep you happy and motivated.
Cons
Management can get too busy mult-tasking and occasionally miss on 1:1 meetings, or aren't in their cube as much as you might want. Rapid growth can mean doing some phone screening and interviews.
