      A fantastic product in the fastest growing market sector in IT. Very visionary executive team with a roadmap for the future that will propel Nutanix to further success.

      Cons

      Challenge is keeping the small company mentality when growing so fast but Nutanix seems to be managing this so far.

      Pros

      Leaders give you room for creative thinking and problem solving. We are encouraged to be the leader of our "patch" and if there are things we don't like we can suggest alternatives. Very high speed of growth that creates lots of new opportunities internally.

      Cons

      For some people the fast growth is too fast. Outside people tend to bring their 'old company' culture and this ca cause friction to start.
