great team, informal, things are getting done, flat organisation, room for personal development, communication from down to top is very good, can always rely to management for advice

Cons

working for EMEA region and having to collaborate with US team for several projects means sometimes late evenings

Pros

Hard working, like minded team. Great benefits - free lunch/snacks (eating in on Wednesdays, sometimes with sushi!, occassional brunch and borrels on Fridays). Love the chair massages. Great insurance and transportation reimbursement. Fancy new second floor office space. C level team is accessible and approachable. Company makes an effort to make sure employees are happy working here, and it shows.

Cons

Since something is requires here - I will say that there is always a lot of work to do here. In a global growing company, we're always open somewhere. I think it is kind of exciting though. Nutanix is definitely not a boring place to work!

right from the start, you're given large responsibilities as well as a lot of freedom to define own processes and strategy. It is a mindset of builders and an incredibly positive culture within the company. great comp + benefits.

Cons

hypergrowth can mean heavy workload; strong multitasking / prioritizing and delegating skills are needed to not be snowed under.
