      Pros

      I've never been surrounded by such smart and humble individuals. Every single person at Nutanix is very passionate about their work and take great pride in building a company of lasting value.

      Cons

      We only have beer tasting on Fridays.

      Pros

      Amazing company with lots of room to grow. I love that they promote within and are open to internal transfers. Great management team with no ego. Management cares about what employees think and want. Your opinions matter and your voice will be heard whether it's about the lunch that you're not happy about or the company's performance, someone WILL listen. No politics, no bureaucracy, no BS!
