      -great, friendly people -collaborative -a lot of leniency/freedom to work on your own projects or to challenge yourself -great work-life balance

      Cons

      -it's a startup so things are constantly changing, not in a bad way, necessarily, it's just a lot to keep up with -the road to being promoted is a little unclear right now but I think the longer I am here, the more clear it will become

      Pros

      High energy, fun, filled to the brim of very intelligent people who are good at what they do. Lunch perks, game room, video games, ping pong tables, massage chairs, massages. Perks of a fun startup.

      Cons

      Hard work is expected, but you love what you do, right? When it gets busy, it gets noisy, so not always easy to talk on the phone.
