      Pros

      Brilliant company. So much knowledge available to all and everyone. Feel included in all aspects of the business and great to see the clear vision and direction the company is going.

      Cons

      Too much knowledge! Possibly too many systems that do similar or the same (i.e. Google Drive, OneDrive, Workday, Salesforce, Clari) but this is being improved and slowly integrated into centralised systems
