Cons

I believe every company is like human. Some are extraordinary, some are normal. Nutanix is like a trickster, promises something else, gives something completely different.

Pros

The company has a lot of potential. Work life balance is not bad.

Cons

Pretty much undercompensated compared to the Silicon Valley market (no bonus, no 401k matching). Talked to some people who got hired with promises of high stock price once it goes IPO but reality does not look like it. Management is not great but OK. If you are interviewing, ask for the current valuation of the company because HR tends to overstate the company's valuation. For a private company, environment is quite political (surprisingly).

Pros

Great products, great benefits including medical coverage, flexible work hours, and free lunches.

Cons

Politics at the micro level is ridiculous. Less than handful of leaders and countless number of managers. Can't go above and beyond without ipsetting someone. Lack of accountability.
