      Pros

      Free monthly subscription to their products, if you like them.

      Cons

      The company culture sucks unless you enjoy bully behavior and cliques. The company is disorganized. Lack of diversity. Leadership thoroughly enjoys treating you like you are stupid and micromanaging you. Most of the positive reviews are from employees that are directly responsible for this toxic work environment. Of course they love it here. I promise you the People Ops team doesn't actually care, they respond to these reviews because it's their job, but they don't actually take any feedback. Do yourself a favor and LISTEN to the negative reviews. Save yourself before it's too late!!!

      Nutrafol Supports Growth

      Pros

      I have never been apart of a company that so genuinely cares about its customers and team members. The leadership team makes large investments in customers and continuously rewards strong team member performance. This is a very collaborative environment made up of people who care tremendously about their work, at all levels. What's been most refreshing is being able to make a strong business case for a program or project and being met with the support needed to accomplish it. It sounds simple, but that's not a given everywhere.

      Cons

      Nutrafol, like many fast-growing companies, has some growing pains that ate to be expected. There are processes that don't exist in some cases or that haven't scaled with rapid growth. The teams are working to build these and improvements are continuously being made.
