      Pros

      Nutrafol has seen many changes and I can easily say this is not the same organization I experienced joining the company, both the culture and quality of experience here has only continued to rise as everyone absorbs and applies our core values. As a team leader I have been lucky to grow, support and develop my team to create a welcoming, supportive team environment to grow and cultivate a dedicated, diligent, and high performing team with support from leadership to keep making my team a great place to work. Amazing benefits and some really awesome people. So many thought-leaders in this company make it a great place to learn and grow once you get used to the pace of everything.

      Cons

      Resource approvals have been difficult, and have led to numerous negative impacts on my team and customers. Though I will acknowledge there has been significant improvement in the recent months. Sometimes workloads can spiral out of control, and plates can get very full, with the speed in which initiatives or incidentals arise, when that’s happens communicate and work with your leadership to prioritize. Not all teams have the same level of expectations and boundaries of what can be done, and sometimes communications across teams can be difficult for cross functional updates.

      Leadership truly cares

      The leadership truly cares. They walk the walk around here. Since day 1 you could see that this company is successful due to the talented and caring people who work here. My team is cohesive and lead by top notch people.

      Cons

      Would like to see more engaging activities then just all company meetings.

      If I could give zero stars I would

      Pros

      Working for a CEO who has no idea what’s going on with the company he founded solely based on his own insecurities.

      Cons

      I always take Glassdoor reviews with a grain of salt when searching for a new career move, but let me tell you, every negative review is 100% accurate. I thought my experience was specific to the direct report in my department. A common thread is that leadership is disorganized and treat their team as if they’re stupid. Senior management appears to thrive on bullying, gaslighting, manipulating, and turning team members against each other. Extremely toxic work environment and HR will take the toxic “leaders” side. Please take all reviews into account when considering working for this brand.
