1) Willingness to listen and attitude to act on feedback received. 2) Positive employee benefit plan. 3) Career growth encouraging mindset company. 4) Personal skillset and knowledge-based fair salary offer. 5) Growing company. 6) Efficient and connected remote environment. 7) Reachable, innovative, interactive, and assisting HR. 8) Pet-friendly (this makes me so happy). 9) Respectful and easy to communicate with teammates. 10) Reasonably flexible time-off policy and work-life balance.

Cons

1) I sincerely can not think of a negative aspect of our company to review. I'd rather share some advice or suggestions.
