      Pros

      This is a group of people who are united by a singular goal, helping people grow. I'm proud of the work we do to help customers every day with their hair growth, but also to support each other's growth as colleagues. You'll find passionate and intelligent teammates here: empathetic to our customers and brilliant in their crafts.

      Cons

      We like to do things right. And that means often timelines move, sometimes significantly. You'll need to be OK with shuffling and shuffling. We're also an ambitious team that likes to get everything done asap. Managing expectations with the ever-growing list of priorities is a skill you'll refine quite a bit here.

      Nutrafol Supports Growth

      Pros

      I have never been apart of a company that so genuinely cares about its customers and team members. The leadership team makes large investments in customers and continuously rewards strong team member performance. This is a very collaborative environment made up of people who care tremendously about their work, at all levels. What's been most refreshing is being able to make a strong business case for a program or project and being met with the support needed to accomplish it. It sounds simple, but that's not a given everywhere.

      Cons

      Nutrafol, like many fast-growing companies, has some growing pains that ate to be expected. There are processes that don't exist in some cases or that haven't scaled with rapid growth. The teams are working to build these and improvements are continuously being made.

      - incredible product - great vision and momentum, best learning curve from most start ups I have worked at - healthy work/life balance - great vision for the future, feeling excited about the roadmap ahead - great culture and people - great benefits - clear growth map for my team and my role

      Cons

      - steep learning curve normal for this stage when it comes to creating efficiency
