Honestly I have nothing positive to say.

Cons

The CEO is an insecure man-child who cares more about partying and his image that the people of this company. This place is toxic, not inclusive, and treats everyone as if they are disposable.

- incredible product - great vision and momentum, best learning curve from most start ups I have worked at - healthy work/life balance - great vision for the future, feeling excited about the roadmap ahead - great culture and people - great benefits - clear growth map for my team and my role

- steep learning curve normal for this stage when it comes to creating efficiency

Pros

- Extremely transparent and collaborative environment - Mutual respect and kindness at every level - No egos and no entitlement. There are different titles but ppl and their ideas come first before the titles . Everyone is focused on a goal and mission to help customers through their hair growth journey irrespective of their level. - There is care for people, both external (customers) and internal (employees) - Everyone is so passionate about what they do that it makes this job super fun

Cons

- With immense growth comes growing pains and that is to be expected. Like any other company we are also figuring out how to resource properly and support this growth while also not burn through our money especially when the macro economic environments are challenging.
