      Pros

      -Unlimited PTO -Generous salaries + benefits for full time employment. -Fairly flexible work schedule opportunities -Encourages breaks throughout the day -Remote work is thriving. Benefits offered to help remote workers succeed and feel empowered -A culture which values consistent feedback, cross-department communication, and a very human approach to executing feedback. Workers are given an opportunity to shine, particularly in the customer experience department, to become very sophisticated service providers. Growth in this role applies to many professional areas

      Cons

      -Work/life balance may be challenging to achieve when first starting, but it is both achievable and encouraged. There is a learning curve in this role, so strong work ethic and high level of customer service necessary to succeed -At times, changes can be slow, but this is due to many projects going on at once, so some minor asks can take time to be executed. Communication is necessary especially in a remote work life -Customer Service may begin as contract to full time

      Great Company/Fantastic Culture!

      Pros

      You have a voice and input into decisions being made. Your feedback is valued and utilized! There is really a team mentality and support of others work and contributions here. There is a very high level of quality to the work that is done and people take true pride in their roles! There are high rewards for doing well and achieving goals.

      Cons

      We operate at a quick pace and once in a while you are building things on the fly. If you thrive in a start up environment where you create your own path this is a great place to be!

      The products are effective and safe.

      The upper management is incompetent and they don't follow through on what they say they will do for the employee.
