-Unlimited PTO -Generous salaries + benefits for full time employment. -Fairly flexible work schedule opportunities -Encourages breaks throughout the day -Remote work is thriving. Benefits offered to help remote workers succeed and feel empowered -A culture which values consistent feedback, cross-department communication, and a very human approach to executing feedback. Workers are given an opportunity to shine, particularly in the customer experience department, to become very sophisticated service providers. Growth in this role applies to many professional areas

Cons

-Work/life balance may be challenging to achieve when first starting, but it is both achievable and encouraged. There is a learning curve in this role, so strong work ethic and high level of customer service necessary to succeed -At times, changes can be slow, but this is due to many projects going on at once, so some minor asks can take time to be executed. Communication is necessary especially in a remote work life -Customer Service may begin as contract to full time

Welcoming supportive culture with smart and collaborative people. Competitive salary, great benefits and perks that aren't fluffy but actually make an impact (monthly stipends, free lunch on Tues/Thurs, unlimited vacation, and quarterly bonuses. Exciting growth!

Cons

exciting work to do in continuing to evolve leadership and internal processes.

FULLY REMOTE, Great coworkers, enthusiastic friendly leadership, amazing benefits (wifi, gym, lunch and phone stipends in addition to unlimited PTO, health benefits, 401k and bonus opportunities)!

Cons

Employees all over the US sometimes make meetings so spill over local working hours.
