      Run Away Like REALLY Far Away From This Company

      Pros

      You could work from home, they give you a free laptop. That's it.

      Cons

      Everything. From micromanaging, to unorganized onboarding, to absolutely no company or department culture. We have a meeting everyday to discuss nothing but what we did bad in. They made us work on MLK day. Use of ancient system platforms.

      A company that cares about wellness

      Pros

      If you want to grow your career and use your expertise with not a lot of red tape like big companies, then Nutrafol could be your next home. Amazing people to collaborate with and learn from. Monthly team meetings really paint transparency here, and even our Co-Founders join these meetings. It's all about the benefits at Nutrafol, from medical coverage, matching 401K, quarterly bonus, monthly wellness/internet/phone stipends, yearly professional development stipend, weekly Seamless credits for lunch/dinner, free Nutrafol products, and daily wellness breaks just to name a few.

      Cons

      It's a still growing startup, so there are growing pains, and new processes being implemented. Keep hiring the right people and it will work out. Invest more into programs for culture in a remote setting.

      Great benefits and perks for full time employees

      Read the previous reviews on here because they are upmost true. Management serves no direction and favoritism at its highest. They will hire you giving you false hope of training but will neglect you and start a toxic work environment once a click has been formed. The titles really are made up and the company doesn’t see the difference between success and doing what’s right for actual people, there are no people leaders. I would advise not taking the role if you are leaving one. the previous reviews are true and they will let you go with no warnings and not even have any explanation. Make sure you are a person who strives to fit in even if it doesn’t fit with your values.!
