      It was fun being the last black guy in my department.

      Pros

      The pay, and no mandatory overtime.

      Cons

      The company is performative diversity. I was the last black guy in my department before I finally got canned. I remember the last thing the director said to me. He didn't even sugarcoat it, he said "We won't say anything bad about you if you don't say anything bad about us" in my 11 years of professionalism, I've never been spoken to in such a vile way or threatened so blantely.

      Pros

      The salary was great, and Nutrafol is a really great product.

      Cons

      Their leadership SUCKS. They are inexperienced in growing a salon channel.. some leaders on the salon team have never even worked in a salon. They play favorites and foster a hostile and toxic work environment. This was the most stressful job I have ever had. If you get a job here be sure to document EVERY conversation. HR is just as toxic as everyone else. Have someone OUTSIDE the company (an attorney) to advocate for you and pay attention. They will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. Turnover is HIGH for a reason.

      Pros

      Nutrafol is a fantastic company and I love every day. The company offers great benefits. We work fully remotely. Employees have the ability to contribute to the growth of the company and make real change. It is very rewarding personally and financially. The company culture is very positive. Love how everyone working at Nutrafol is passionate , in love with their job , in love with the product and in love with the company.

      Cons

      It is a fast pace environment. If you are used to a cushy 8-5 job this is not for you. Expect to work long hours.
