      Good workplace, Good People and good culture

      Pros

      - People were very pleasant and eager to teach me new things in industry - pay was very good considering I was a student - Supervisor and Coworkers was eager to provide me with projects and check in with me to discuss what I could be improving on and to answer any technical questions I had

      Cons

      - the job site is very structured which is both a pro and con. It results in projects having to go through various loops but it keeps the site safe - As a student, I was not provided many benefits however the site benefits were really good for other employees

      Free coffee. Located near home.

      Cons

      Top down culture. Major gap between senior leaders and employees. Very few promotions. Spends nothing on culture. 5 days mandatory in office. Prioritizes ability to play the corporate game over competence. Dominated by arrogance at all levels. Has gotten progressively worse since the merger. Sloppy and disorganized.
