Pros
Nutrien offers fair compensation, benefits and a flexible work environment for Corporate Staff. There is a HUGE emphasis on Health and Safety and I feel like there is a healthy balance between individual wellness (Physical and mental) and Performance. Nutrien is a solid company with a culture of care and solid, challenging career opportunities.
Cons
Rapid growth and acquisition provide constant change, which can become tiring. Career paths and next steps are not always obvious and sometimes more focus is given to short term achievements rather than long term career planning. Large dependence on outsource partners sometimes makes it difficult to achieve effectively.
