      Pros

      Great place to work. Very large outdoor operation with many career opportunities. The work is rewarding and challenging as we are continuously working on improvement in our reliability. The maintenance group is a great team to work with and has an excellent training program for craftsman across the Aurora site. Benefits and career advancement opportunities are excellent,

      Pros

      Nutrien feels smaller than it is due to its amazing culture and genuine people. I love collaborating with new people and departments as I'm delighted to have a work family that's truly one team working towards a mission to "Feed the Future."

      Cons

      Due to the recent merger (Jan '18) there's still some details, processes, and org charts to iron out and this can cause some frustration and uncertainty but things are getting more settled and organized every month. This is a short-term issue that is being resolved rapidly.
