2yThank you for your comments. At Nutrien, we believe we are better together and therefore, for our corporate offices, we adopted a flexible work arrangement requiring 3 days per week in office to ensure in person collaboration and socialization time exists. There are exceptions for fully remote roles however, as people progress and become increasing accountable for leadership, office presence becomes more relevant. We also encourage you to discuss your concerns with your manager and HR Business Partner
