      Good benefits, good work life balance, great views from the office building,

      Cons

      Publicly traded company comes with stress, toxic environment and people, and all white climbing the corporate ladder. If you like large company environments where you are just a number, then it's ok to work for. Also, you get stuck doing one section over and over.

      Nutrien is a company that truly cares about it's employees. I love what I do, but more of who I work with. The culture is unmatched and it is what keeps me here!
