      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time at Nutrien. I worked with some amazing people people while there. I thought they handled the pandemic with great sensitivity during an extremely difficult time. They have a great culture around safety, diversity, and sustainment.

      Cons

      Their downfall is upper management forcing too many large-scale projects through with few resources and unrealistic timelines.

      Pros

      The company overall seems to have a high moral/integrity awareness. They seem to have a strategic plan of how to grow and improve. Insurance and benefits choices are good and they seem to keep our cost down, as well. I love my co-workers and manager and if it wasn't for them, not sure if I would still be here, because of the pay, as stated below.

      Cons

      Pay on an hourly rate is not so good. Raises are slow, I have been with the company for 10 years and was under $5.00/hr in raises until just now. The last raise, just going into effect, will finally get me to $5/hr in raises. My job has changed in those 10 years, doubling my job in fact, but definitely not my hourly wage.
