Benefits, with Nutrien you get the Benefits of a large company, with the advantage of a small company feel on the day to day basis. Compensation is very good! Our ideas and opinions are respected and taken into consideration during decision making processes. Community Minded, many of the employees at our location are involved in the community, i.e. fire department, 4H, FFA etc. and the company supports our efforts. While we all have defined roles, our duties from day to day can change and allows things to be more dynamic and less static. Training, our division provides many opportunities for us to better ourselves in our field. They invest in us and that has paid off greatly! Opportunity, there is always opportunity with Nutrien, be clear with those around you and they will help you succeed.

Cons

Hours, this is retail agriculture and the hours and demands are the same throughout the industry. During the spring and early summer there numerous, early mornings, late nights and weekends that are spent in the field.
