Pros
Owned by Inland Imaging, Nuvodia has excellent medical benefits and much more stability than when it was TROI IT Consulting. If you are a consulting professional (customer facing) there is flexibility for a work from home schedule.
Cons
They can send you to bad places.... ie Yakima. If you aren't familiar with this town, it's dangerous. I was sent there with no warning as to crime, etc. Left a hotel one morning to find glass shattered next to my rental car where a vehicle had been broken into. Then I was propositioned for money as I unlocked by car from a couple of people driving by. Management is not focused on employee development or advancement. They enable their friends, who aren't usually qualified, and don't seem to have much interest in retaining valuable employees.
