No training, basically throw you in a tank with the sharks, you get ridiculed for approaching other teams with stuff that you weren't trained on. Inland Imaging owns them, but they're not Inland imaging?. Lots of politics, and drama, understaffed most of the time. All the Systems and Networks teams have been there for over 20 years, so what they say, goes and your wrong, instead of training you on how to fix the issue, they complain to the team supervisors that we did something wrong. Just to many vets in this company, and if they don't like you 70% of the rest doesn't like you. Not a very big company, raises are pathetic, constantly get warnings of doing things right, as you lose the company money. Lots of hush hush behind your back, lots of side meetings with doors shut, you have the slightest idea what is happening.
