I have not seen anyone in the company who was satisfied and happy about their position. Nyle is not "a great place to work for" for the following reasons: 1/ The company as a factory may be growing quickly but it is built on the efforts of those who work for it who are not getting paid enough for these efforts. 2/ There are no "opportunities" for advancement in the company, you will get nowhere in there. 3/ The owner does not invest in his employees; he is so cheap to do so. 4/ A lot of projects are turned down because no one wants to listen to others' ideas. 5/ There are no benefits; they will brag about their Health insurance "Which does not cover anything" and their 401k which you would be better of without. In conclusion, the benefits are not as "Great" as claimed. 6/ The pay is about 15k to 20k less than the real market value, which results in hiring anyone that would perform the "Job" and not hiring good quality employees in most cases. And I think that is the reason why there is a high turnover rate. 7/ Last but not least, be aware of the snakes.
